Tater Tot is a super tiny dachshund puppy with a gentle, fun loving nature and a big love for his people. Heās a quiet, affectionate little boy who prefers calm homes and predictable routines. His favourite place is tucked close to his humans or trotting behind them around the house like a tiny shadow.
Despite his size, Tater Tot is confident and curious. He enjoys exploring at his own steady pace, taking short little walks, and spending time with friendly dogs. Heās a sweet, peopleāfocused pup who bonds deeply and thrives when he feels safe and included.

š Dog Socialisation & Home Requirements
Tater Tot loves other dogs and gains confidence from having a friendly canine companion. Because of his tiny size and strong social nature, preference will be given to a home with another gentle, friendly dog for company and play.
He is untested with cats, but his soft temperament suggests he would likely be fine with a slow, proper introduction to a confident, dogāexperienced cat.

At 1.6kg, Tater Tot is extremely small and cannot be placed with young children. This is purely for his safety ā he is physically fragile and could be easily injured by accidental rough handling or enthusiastic play.
He may be suitable for homes with older, dogāexperienced children who understand how to interact gently with a tiny puppy.

Tater Tot enjoys short, gentle walks, soft play, and spending time with his dog friends. Heās an easy, sweet companion who loves being included in daily life.
š Crate Routine
He sleeps quietly in his crate all night, settling without fuss and waking up happy and ready for breakfast.
š½ Toilet Training
Tater Tot is learning to use the lawn outside, and with a consistent routine heās making great progress. He responds well to gentle guidance and praise.

Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
The desexing procedure is typically performed once the puppies reach a minimum age of 24 weeks. It is a mandatory requirement that all puppies are desexed by the age of 26 weeks, unless there is written veterinary advice indicating otherwise. A contractual agreement specifying the commitment to desexing by the specified due date is required for completion.
Upon submission of documented evidence confirming the desexing procedure, a refund of $250 will be issued, and ownership transfer will be facilitated. Ownership transfer will not be processed until valid proof of desexing is provided via email.
It is important to note that all our dogs and puppies undergo microchipping, vaccination, and receive preventive measures against parasites as part of our standard practices.
