Marley

Marley is a stunning, energetic, always-on-the-go type of gal who is ready to bring plenty of life and love to her forever home. She is a true family girl at heart who needs to be allowed indoors to be fully included in all daily household activities. Marley is an incredibly smart pup who already knows "sit," "stay," and "hand touch." Because she is highly food-motivated, she absolutely loves training when high-value treats are on offer! She can be a little unsure in unfamiliar environments or with close handling, so she needs a patient family who will give her regular "consent breaks" and let her approach new people at her own pace. Her new owners will also need to continue working with her on loose-lead walking, impulse control, and keeping "four paws on the floor" when she gets excited. To keep her active mind busy, Marley loves toys, and rotating a fun variety of them will keep her happily entertained. She is dog-social and, while her initial greeting style can be a bit forward, she actually reads other dogs beautifully and responds wonderfully to their cues when they need space.
