About Elsie
Meet Elsie, a charming American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart as big as her playful demeanor. With her happy face and an adorable hint of sass, Elsie is sure to capture the hearts of everyone she meets. At three years old and weighing in at 22kg, she is the perfect package of energy, loyalty, and affection.
Elsie has quickly bloomed into an outgoing and loveable dog who thrives on social interactions. Whether it's a game of tug with her favorite soft toy or cuddle time with her human friends, Elsie never misses out on an opportunity for companionship.
Elsie is a confident and sociable girl who forms positive relationships with people and other dogs. In her time at the rescue, her interactions with fellow canines have been promising, although she can get a little overzealous in play. That said, with the right furry friend, she'd hit the jackpot in fun and friendship. Not to mention, she brings humor to every situation with her hilarious 'awoos' when she's trying to communicate especially if it involves a treat!
As much as she loves entertaining, Elsie is also capable of relaxing in quieter settings like the office, where she happily lounges about, nuzzling against her people. Her judgmental side-eye may just make her the most expressive pup you’ve encountered, and it hints at the sass and charm she carries in abundance.
Elsie is well-suited for a home that embraces both her energetic and relaxed sides. She would thrive in an environment where daily walks are on the agenda and a cozy spot on the sofa is reserved for her cuddles. Her lead and harness manners are good, and with a bit of additional training, she promises to be an excellent walking partner.

Adoption details
The adoption fee for all animals is $79 + all veterinary costs which are determined once your animal is booked in for desexing and will be discussed with you at that time.
We encourage potential adopters to meet specific animals. If you already have a dog and wish to adopt another, we require a 'Meet and Greet' session at the facility to ensure compatibility. Please contact us to make an appointment.
All animals adopted from our facility come:
• Desexed
• Vaccinated
• Microchipped
• Vet-checked
• Lifetime registered in NSW
Please note that desexing (if required) is only performed after adoption, which may result in a delay in taking your new pet home, depending on vet availability. Staff will contact you once an appointment is booked, we kindly ask that you personally collect your new pet from the vet clinic to ensure they can begin their recovery comfortably in their new home.

We do not offer trial periods for adoptions. Unless surrendered and the history is known, dogs in our care have not been tested with cats, so adopters should consider this carefully if there are cats in the household.
