Meet Athena š¾
Athena is a sweet, calm little girl with a more outgoing and confident personality. She enjoys getting out and about to explore the farm and is happy to wander among the cattle before coming back when called. She has a lovely nature and enjoys being involved in whatās going on around her.
š¾ Personality: Athena gets along well with the other dogs, although she can be a little bossy at times. She is also good with the cat and guinea fowl. She enjoys exploring her surroundings and spending time outdoors, and she absolutely loves the water.
š Training: Athena sits well and has a good recall. She is comfortable being out and about on the farm and will return when called.
š Perfect Home: Athena has always lived on a farm, so sheāll likely do best in a quiet rural or semi-rural home. She would ideally have another rural home on acreage where she has plenty of space to explore, or she could suit a home with high, secure fencing. Athena would love a family who can give her a relaxed lifestyle with plenty of time outdoors and include her in everyday life.

~As a working breed I will need lots of training, exercise & mental stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
