Meet Bobo, a strikingly beautiful 15-month-old boy with soft cream-and-chocolate markings, the brightest blue eyes, and a personality that is equal parts playful chaos and pure affection.

This young gentleman is seeking a home full of play, cuddles and people.

Bobo is being rehomed through no fault of his own. His owner is unwell, and while kind family members are currently looking after him, everyone agrees he deserves a forever home where he can be the centre of attention again. We’re advertising him on their behalf in the hope that he can go straight from his current home into his new one, with no shelter stay required.

Like most young gentlemen his age, Bobo is full of energy and curiosity. He loves a good game of hide-and-seek, zooming around the house, and then crashing out for a proper lounge session once the excitement is over. But don’t let the playful side fool you, this boy is incredibly loving. He adores people, thrives on company, and is at his happiest when he’s right in the middle of family life.

Expect head bumps, soft purrs, and a cat who genuinely wants to be near you.

Bobo is a low-maintenance companion who would suit almost any household. He is good with children, affectionate, and easy-going. He is best suited to a home without other cats so he can enjoy being the sole star of the show. An indoor lifestyle with access to a secure or restricted backyard would be ideal, giving him the best of both worlds, safety inside and supervised outdoor adventures.

About Us

Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.

Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.

Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.

As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.

All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.

Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.
