Rip

Rip and Reef entered our care via the pound so we don't have any history on them. We're not sure who their parents are or what type of life they lived before entering our care, but they are so loved now! Reef went and got herself adopted without even being advertised and now we need to find Rip a home of her own.

She's currently fostered with 3 young children, cats and dogs so she's getting very well socialised. She's not bothered by the cats and tends to leave them alone but will say hi if they initiate contact. She loves the company of other dogs! She can be a little cautious of new larger dogs so appreciates a slower paced introduction instead of being pounced on straight up, but she really enjoys playtime with other dogs and loves to snuggle up with them for a nap.

When she's not supervised inside she has a crate and pen to sleep in which she likes. She'll whine when she's awake letting you know that she's ready for a play and a wee break. She's still learning though and will use the puppy pads in there if she doesn't get let out in time. She'll need a family that understands puppies need time and commitment to help them learn all the new skills.

Rip loves to be part of the action where ever her family are, be it by the pool supervising the kids and sneaking some of their snacks or curdled up in a lap on the couch. She'd love to join a family that will include her in their daily life and allow her inside/outside access and take her on adventures.

Rip is currently fostered in the Port Hedland area and can be viewed after an application has been received. If you're further away we can arrange a phone call with her carers instead.

I CAN FLY TO PERTH!

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth.
