Meet Tiny (Timmy) — a sweet, gentle young boy with the biggest heart and a zest for life. ❤️🐾
Timmy is one of those special little souls who may need a little time to find his confidence, but once he trusts you, he will love you with everything he has.
This chilled-out boy loves nothing more than playing and then curling up close for a cuddle. He’s discovering the joys of toys, making friends with other dogs and slowly learning just how wonderful the world can be.
Timmy is fantastic with children and other dogs, and his love of food means he’s going to be a very willing student when it comes to learning his manners and obedience. He’s already showing us how much potential he has.
When Timmy first arrived in foster care, he was a little shy and unsure of himself. But day by day, we’ve watched him blossom. He’s finding his voice, gaining confidence and showing us more of his beautiful personality — especially when that happy little tail starts wagging with excitement.
And in the car? He’s an absolute dream. 🚗💕
Timmy doesn’t ask for much. He just needs someone who will give him the patience to come out of his shell, the reassurance that he is safe, and the love he has been waiting for.
In return, Timmy will give you his whole heart.
He’s ready to find his person. His family. His forever home.
Someone who will look at this beautiful, slightly shy boy and see what we see — a loving, loyal companion with so much happiness still to discover.

His adoption fee is $800 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
He is in foster care in the Mirrabooka, NSW. Since not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
