Winter is a beautiful, sweet and affectionate girl who loves people. She loves attention, pats and massages, already knows how to sit on request and seems happiest when she has a person by her side.
And we have a feeling that, given the chance, Winter is going to become someone’s absolute best friend. ❤️

Winter struggled with the pound environment. Being confined to a pen surrounded by the constant noise and activity was overwhelming for her and what Winter wants is a home.
She wants people around her, companionship, affection and the security of knowing she belongs somewhere.
When she has someone with her, her face lights up. At first she looks for reassurance, and happily soaks up affection and relaxes into the company of the person beside her. She is very friendly and has so much love to give.
There’s a playful side to Winter too! 🐕 She recently had a play date with Roscoe, a smaller Cattle Dog X Jack Russell, and the two did really well together. She has tested well with dogs nose-to-nose but as always, introductions to another dog should be gradual and carefully managed with any dogs.
Winter is an active girl who will enjoy regular exercise, play and enrichment. She does pull on the lead, so continued work on her lead manners will also be important.
But more than anything, we would love to see Winter out of Running Stream and into the home she is craving.
She wants to be beside someone.

Our Adoption Process 🐾
🌸PLEASE READ🌸
We aim to make the adoption process smooth and supportive, while ensuring every pet is placed in a safe, loving home.
1. Application
• Complete our application form in full.

Include photos of your secure fencing, yard, and where the pet will sleep.
You may send photos via email: gaarinc21@gmail.com
We welcome questions via the enquiry button but we can not respond to ‘Statements’ - use the application form instead.
2. Review
• A team member will contact you via email if we require any further information. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly. If your application is shortlisted, we will also contact you by phone to discuss it further.
3. Agreement
• If approved, you’ll receive an adoption agreement to sign and return.
• Proof of address must be provided with your application or at the meet-and-greet.
4. Meet & Greet /
• A meet-and-greet will be arranged if you live in the same state. Otherwise, transport can be organised to your area, where you will have a 14-day trial period.
5. Transport and Date organised
6. Adoption Finalisation
• Once successful, adoption is completed and your new family member officially becomes yours.
