Bea

Bea or QUEEN BEA as her foster carers refer to her is ready to start the search for a well matched home.

Bea is a desexed domestic medium hair calico cat estimated by the vets to be around 3 years of age.

Bea ended up in the pound in a matted state and no-one came looking for her. Sadly Bea was not microchipped. So once Bea's statuatory 8 days were up she was taken to the vets for sedation and part shave. All of the matting has been shaved off and the rest of her coat is being brushed.

Bea is a true calico 🤣. She is chatty and demanding of attention and the "good food". Bea loves her RC dental dry, wet food and devours roast chicken like a pro. This girl Bea has been someone's pet.

Bea is super keen to get outside, but with the state of her coat we want her to remain as a total contained cat - inside with access to a catio.

Bea loves her time out in the sun, watching the birds but in the safety of a contained area.

Bea is a wriggler when being brushed, not the most comfortable being picked up and carried around. We think she will be fine with school aged children and above.

Bea has not been with other cats or dogs whilst in our care. So we don't really know how she would intergrate in a home with an existing cat.

Bea has been flea and wormed, microchipped, is desexed and had her first vaccination. Bea will need a booster vaccination in October.
