đ 13 Years Loved⌠and Suddenly Everything Has Changed
This beautiful tabby gentleman is 13 years old, and right now, he simply doesnât understand what has happened to his world.
His owner has sadly had to move into care, leaving him without the home and person he has known and loved. At 13, finding himself suddenly in foster care surrounded by unfamiliar people, smells and routines has been overwhelming.
And he is shutting down. đ
We donât want this beautiful senior boy spending his days confused and withdrawn. What he needs now, more than anything, is a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe again.
He is cat friendly and we believe that, given patience, kindness and the security of a home of his own, we will begin to see the lovely boy underneath all that sadness.
He doesnât need a busy life or grand adventures.
He needs a comfy bed.
A sunny spot.
A gentle hand.
Someone who will let him settle in his own time.
Most of all, he needs someone willing to open their heart to a 13-year-old gentleman who has unexpectedly found himself needing to start again.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the âmeet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
