Meet Sapphire, Satin and Smoky ✨

Three little stars from our seven puppy “S” litter have made the trip from Newman to Perth, and they’re ready to start meeting their admirers!

Sapphire and Satin are confident girls who are keen to explore. Their brother Smoky is settling in too, and all three are at an age where new experiences, gentle introductions and plenty of play will help them grow. As they spend time with their loving foster families, we’ll get to know each puppy’s personality and needs.

Their siblings Sequins, Slate, Sparky and Sterling are still in Newman, but Sapphire, Satin and Smoky are now in foster care in Perth. SAFE is taking expressions of interest for the Perth trio. They’ll be ready for adoption once their vaccinations, microchips and general health checks have been completed.

If one of these little gems has caught your eye, send in an adoption application. We can then arrange a meet and greet with their foster family. SAFE is foster based, so there’s no shelter to visit, but meeting a puppy is easy to arrange.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.

2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.

3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.

4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Puppies and dogs may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
