About Lexi
Meet Lovely Lexi!
At just 1 year old, Lexi is a young Kelpie with plenty of energy, curiosity and potential. Like many Kelpies, she is an intelligent and active girl who will need ongoing training, structure and plenty of positive guidance to help her become the best version of herself.
Lexi is looking for a quiet, calm and stress-free home with adults only, where she can settle in at her own pace and have her needs understood. Her new family will need to be committed to continuing her training, providing appropriate exercise and enrichment, and helping her build confidence in a positive and consistent way.
Due to her needs, Lexi is not suited to living with small animals. She will need a home where she can have plenty of space, routine and one-on-one attention from her people.
If you're ready to put in the time, patience and care that a young Kelpie needs, Lexi could be the special girl for you!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
