This beautiful girl is already showing us what a confident, playful and clever little pup she is. ❤️
Poppie is a Mastiff x Labrador, so adopters need to be prepared for her to grow into a large, strong dog. While she is a gorgeous little puppy now, the work put into her during these early months will play a huge part in the adult dog she becomes.
Poppie is a curious little girl who loves getting involved in whatever is happening around her. She enjoys exploring, playing and spending time with her people, and she is always keen to see what everyone else is up to.
She loves playing with other dogs and enjoys having humans around to interact with. She has a fun, happy nature and plenty of personality, but she is also responsive and showing us that she is very capable of learning.
As with all puppies, Poppie is still very young and will need continued work with toilet training, lead walking, appropriate chewing, boundaries, socialisation and learning how to spend time alone. Puppies don't arrive knowing how to fit perfectly into our lives, and consistency now is what helps create a well rounded adult dog.
Puppy school will be a requirement for her adoption, and we would love to see her continue with obedience training afterwards. At her age she is right in the important socialisation period, so positive exposure to different people, animals, environments, sounds and experiences is incredibly valuable. ❤️
Poppie has had a fantastic start and now we're looking for a family who will embrace her fun little personality and continue putting in the work to help her grow into an amazing adult dog. 🐾❤️

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
