About Matthieu
Meet Matthieu, a lovely and gentle boy who may be a little shy when you first meet him. Give him some time to feel comfortable, and you'll soon discover his sweet personality. Matthieu enjoys a gentle scratch on his cheek and appreciates consent-based touch, allowing him to build trust at his own pace. He would thrive in a calm and patient home where he can come out of his shell and blossom into a confident cat. With plenty of environmental enrichment, quiet spaces, and positive interactions, Matthieu will have the opportunity to feel safe, secure, and truly himself.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
