Raffy

Raffy is an almost 10-year-old Poodle mix who is looking for a very special forever home - one where he can take life at his own pace, feel safe and secure, and have a patient person by his side as he enjoys his golden years.

Raffy is a sweet and gentle boy who can be a little unsure when faced with new people, places and experiences. He hasn't had the opportunity to experience many of the everyday things that other dogs may take for granted, so he will benefit from a calm and understanding family who can give him the time, space and reassurance he needs to settle in and build his confidence.

Raffy has spent time in a foster home and has shown us that he can happily share his world with other furry and human family members. He has lived alongside a larger dog, cats and older children, making him a lovely candidate for a variety of family situations. That said, Raffy would definitely thrive in a calm and quiet home where life is a little slower and he can relax without too much hustle and bustle.

Having a confident canine companion may be particularly beneficial for Raffy. He seems to take comfort from other dogs and could enjoy having a gentle, well-mannered doggy friend to show him the ropes and provide some reassuring company.

Raffy's ideal home would be peaceful and predictable, with people who understand that confidence doesn't always appear overnight.
