About Persephone
Meet Persephone,
This sweet girl may be a little shy at first, but underneath that reserved exterior is a loving girl who is simply looking for a calm and caring home where she can relax and let her true personality shine.
Once she feels settled, Persephone would love nothing more than spending time with her people - whether that's snuggling up on the couch, enjoying regular grooming sessions, or having fun with some playtime.
Persephone would be best suited to a home with adults, although she may be comfortable with cat-savvy teenagers. She will thrive with adopters who understand that building trust takes time and are happy to let her form a special bond with them at her own pace.
Persephone would also prefer to be the only cat in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
