About D1295 Misty
Misty loves people & life outdoors. Equally, she loves snuggling indoors with her humans. She is smaller in size, so nice & compact. She had a rough start to life & found herself in the pound with an unplanned litter at 14 months… not exactly part of her life plan! She had her puppies in our shelter under the care of our wonderful volunteers. Now it’s Misty’s turn to find her forever home!
She’s a great little family dog & loves playing with toys in the backyard (tug-o-war), watching the world go by through the fence, chasing birds, & of course, a bit of barking at dogs walking past!
Misty sleeps most of the day after a walk & doesn’t suffer separation anxiety. She does dig a little in the yard if left alone for long periods, but short dog fences are successful in keeping her off gardens.
She is quite weary of other dogs & tends to pull on the lead – these are things we’re working on.
If you’re a patient owner who’s willing to work with this beautiful girl, the love & companionship Misty gives will be completely rewarding.
