Wookie is a gorgeous, large boy who hasnāt had the easiest start to life. Since coming into care, though, he has absolutely thrived and is learning just how wonderful it feels to be safe, cared for and loved. ā¤ļø
Wookie is looking for a special family who understands that trust takes time. He may need a little while to settle into a new environment, but once he begins to feel safe, his sweet personality starts to shine through.
He enjoys attention from the people he trusts, and neck scratches are definitely the way to his heart! Once those scratches start, youāll be rewarded with his huge, beautiful purr letting you know just how much he appreciates them. š„°
Wookie would be best suited to a calm, mature home, as he hasnāt been tested with young children. His ideal person will be cat savvy, patient and willing to let him settle and build confidence at his own pace.

2. Interview via phone chat to determine the suitability of animal to applicant. We also may have specified requirements for individual pets (i.e. indoor pets only).
3. Meet and greet.
4. Adoption fee payment.
