Winston is a gorgeous boy who is looking for a special person to call his own. If you're looking for a loyal little shadow who wants nothing more than to follow you around and snuggle up beside you, Winston could be your perfect match.
Winston does have some anxiety, but with his medication, a predictable routine and someone who understands his needs, he is doing really well. He is house trained and settled into his routine beautifully.
He loves his people and is happiest when he can be close to them. He especially enjoys curling up in bed for a good cuddle! 🥰 He can get a little vocal in the afternoon when everyone is arriving home, but once the excitement settles, so does Winston. His medication, routine and a few peanut-butter-filled hooves help him stay happy and content.
Winston isn't a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs and would prefer to be the only dog in his new home. He has a special friendship with Maya, who he has lived with since she was a puppy, but he doesn't appear to enjoy the company of other dogs in general.

Winston would love a home where someone is around for much of the day — perhaps someone who works from home, works part-time or simply enjoys having a four-legged companion by their side.
His ideal home will be calm and predictable, with someone who is willing to understand his anxiety and continue the routine that has helped him thrive.
In return, Winston will give you loyalty, companionship, cuddles and a little shadow who thinks being wherever you are is exactly where he should be. ❤️
