- Missy is a soft-natured girl who's looking for a calm home where she can truly feel safe.
- She came into the care of SAFE Busselton after her elderly owner passed away.
- She's not a lap cat but she loves being close beside you, following you around the house and occasionally curling up on the bed at night.
- Missy loves to be regularly brushed, the occasional cat TV (strong interest in squirrels) and having a go at catching the red lazer toy.
- She is gentle, tidy and litter trained. Her affection is subtle, sweet, and incredibly rewarding once she trusts you.
- Missy needs a quiet home with no kids or pets, and somewhere calm where she can settle in slowly and build trust at her own pace.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.

The adoption fee of $275 includes desexing, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
