Tango is a gorgeous fluffy grey kitten who is looking for a very special home with someone willing to give him the time, patience, and understanding he needs.

Found as a stray kitten, Tango didn’t have much positive human interaction early in life, so people can still be a little scary to him. He will hiss when approached and is still learning that touch and affection aren’t something to be afraid of. Because of this, Tango will need a calm, adult-only household with an adopter who understands that trust takes time and is happy to let him progress at his own pace.

Since coming into foster care, Tango has made slow but steady progress. He now enjoys hanging out on the couch, watching TV, and observing his humans from a safe distance. He’s a curious little guy who loves his toys, zooming around the house, chirping away, and is always keen for food time!

Tango would thrive in a home with a confident, friendly cat or kitten to show him the ropes and help build his confidence. Having a feline friend gives him reassurance and encourages him to be brave.

While Tango isn’t the kitten who will curl up in your lap on day one, there’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a shy cat learn to trust. With patience, consistency, and love, we believe Tango will continue to blossom.
