About Ziggy - 8 Week Old Wolfhound X
Meet Ziggy – a confident, gentle little soul with a heart of gold.
Ziggy LOVES humans and dogs and adapts quickly to new people and furry friends.
Ziggy is happy entertaining himself and loves to just relax on the couch infront of the TV in the evenings.
He’s doing wonderfully with his training, especially considering he’s only 8 weeks old. He travels well in the car, sleeps beautifully in his crate all night and can hold his toileting most nights. Daytime toilet training is still a work in progress – apparently, remembering where the toilet is while you’re busy being adorable is a LOT to ask!
Ziggy would be happy in a home with or without other dogs.
He can get a little upset when left alone, but he’s learning to settle until his human returns. Ideally, he’d love someone who’s home most of the day, because being part of the family is his favourite job. He wants to be INSIDE, included in daily life.
❤️ COULD ZIGGY BE YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND?
Ziggy is looking for a loving home where he’ll be given all the time, patience and training a growing puppy needs. As Ziggy is a young puppy he is only suitable for kids over 8 years old.
If you’re looking for a loyal little companion who will fill your home with love, laughter and the occasional toilet-training surprise, Ziggy might just be your boy! 🐾
His adoption fee is $800 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
He is in foster care in Nelson Bay, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months old.
