Hi there. You look a little lonely... maybe you are even a bit bored! That's because you haven't met me yet!

My name is Piper and I am the happiest pup in this beautiful world. Most of my life has been spent in the pound and I am exceptionally happy to have freedom. Nothing feels nicer than the grass under my feet, a soft bed to lay my head and the love of a human.

I make the most of every moment. Every little thing gives me a reason to be happy: a palm frond to chew, a leaf to chase, and a mountain of toys to enjoy. I have so many doggy friends in my foster home that my life is never dull. To be honest, I play and play, then plonk down wherever I am for a rest.

I am in foster care with dogs of all ages and sizes and, let me tell you, I absolutely love them all. Even more importantly, they all love me! That tells you what a nice pup I am. I play nicely and always listen when the adult dogs tell me 'No'. I need a patient adult dog in my new family to continue teaching me everything a good pup should know.

I already sit for my dinner and have lovely indoor manners. Being so eager to please, I am a very well mannered pup.

I still have my learner plates on with toilet training, but I am learning very, very quickly. I mostly keep my sleeping area dry and try to follow the lead of the other dogs to toilet outside during the day.

Oh, and I sleep in a crate at night with puppy pads in there just in case I need to toilet. I am a good little pooch and sleep all through the night. You won't hear a sound from me once I go into my bed until morning. I am still an early riser though, like all pups my age are, of course.

I get very excited when I am given cuddles, since there were so few when I was younger. I shower anyone who holds me with kisses and thank them profusely for showing me love. Beware, my happiness is contagious!

I adore children and would be best suited to older children who don't object to puppy nibbling. While I am a playful pup, I have a lovely calm and relaxed side as well, and enjoy nothing more than snoozing at your feet or by your side.
