About Pip
Pip is a beautiful 10 year old black and tan Kelpie girl, with a gentle soul who’s looking for a loving home to call her own. She’s an older girl but don’t let that fool you she is still a spritely soul.
She is a girl who enjoys exploring with her other doggy friends. Then coming back and laying in her bed or sunbathing in the afternoon. Pip was not too sure about little people at first but now she is gentle and comes up for a lovely pat, but not in their faces.
Pip has been tested with cats, horses, and cattle and has shows no interest in herding. She is crate-trained and sleeps soundly through the night in his crate. Due to Pip’s age her hearing isn’t quite as sharp as it once was. If she doesn’t hear you call she will usually respond to a hand signal. She also watches her doggie pals and follows their lead when called.
On the lead she can sometimes try and herd you but once she settles, she will happily walk at heel, with no corrections required. She happily puts her front feet up for you to help her onto the buggy or the ute and waits to be told to get off.
Pip is seeking a rural home where she’ll spend her days with another friendly dog companion to have many adventures with. If you're looking for a kind, gentle older girl who still has plenty of life and love to give, Pip could be the perfect addition to your home.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
