Meet Marvin – A Big Heart (and an Even Bigger Appetite!)

Marvin is a sweet and affectionate boy with a gentle nature and a love for food that is impossible to miss! This handsome guy may be a little shy when first meeting new people or settling into a new environment, but with a little patience (and a few tasty treats), he quickly begins to show his loving personality.

Once Marvin feels safe, he enjoys spending time with his people and is more than happy to soak up affection. He’s the kind of companion who loves being nearby and will happily trade cuddles for snacks whenever he gets the chance.

Marvin is highly food motivated, which makes treats a fantastic way to build trust and keep him engaged. He can become very enthusiastic around mealtimes, so he’ll thrive in a home where feeding routines are calm and everyone understands how exciting food is for him.

Marvin is FIV positive, which means he will need to be the only cat in his new home. Cats with FIV can live long, happy lives with the right care, and Marvin is ready to be someone’s one-and-only feline friend.

Because Marvin can become quite excited around food, we believe he would be best suited to a home with children over the age of six, where everyone can respect his space during feeding times and understand his excitement around meals.
