About Mango
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Mango is a playful young cat who had recently found herself in the pound for quite some time - approximately 5 months. She was moved into foster care with HAR and although she was wary of her new surroundings, she has quickly revealed her sweet and playful nature. Mango loves a scratch on the head, running around and playing with her toys, and snoozing on her pillow at her foster carers feet in the living room. She hasn’t quite found the confidence to become a lap cat, however she loves a pat and to be brushed.
My Ideal Home:
Mango would need to be an indoor cat only. She would benefit from a home with minimal loud noise who can foster a patient environment while she adjusts to a new place. She would enjoy a household that has a little time to play with her.
What is Known About My Background:
Mango found herself at a local pound as a stray and went unclaimed before coming into foster care.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
It is unknown how Mango interacts with other animals. She is very gentle and would be suitable for children, although can spook at sudden movements sometimes so older children may be best.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
