Meet Toothless — a stunning black fluffball with a heart overflowing with love 💞. He’s gentle, curious, and wonderfully people‑focused. This boy doesn’t just coexist with humans… he connects with them. He loves being near you, watching what you’re doing, chatting softly, and curling up for snuggles whenever he gets the chance.
Toothless is the kind of cat who makes a house feel like a home. He brings comfort, companionship, and a sense of calm wherever he goes. His favourite place in the world is right beside his humans — whether that’s on the couch, in bed, or tucked under your arm during a quiet moment. He wants to be your friend, your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your warm little presence at the end of a long day.
He’s also a big snack enthusiast 🍖😺. His snack‑monster personality is adorable, charming, and guaranteed to make you laugh. He’ll chat to you, remind you of his treat schedule, and celebrate every snack like it’s the best moment of his life.

Our adoptable cats are indoor-only to keep them safe, healthy and happy. We ask all adopters to provide a secure indoor home where their new companion can thrive.
For all cats under 12 months old, Rocky Roads Rescue has a strict, no single kittens adoption policy. Solo adoptions will only be permitted if specified in the cat's profile.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
