Meet Isabelle, a gorgeous Mini Dachshund with a heart full of love to share. Her calm, placid demeanour and polite nature make her an absolute delight to have around. Affectionate and easy-going, Isabelle forms deep bonds with her humans, sharing her warmth and loyalty in abundance. She has an easygoing personality and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, enriching any household with camaraderie and companionship.

Isabelle is a bit shy around new faces and environments, but with a little patience, she blossoms into her true, delightful self. She thrives on routine, happily wagging her tail for her favorite meals, which include Royal Canin & Ziwi kibbles, chicken necks, and even your homemade creations. Chicken jerky treats are her ultimate delight! Her love for food is only matched by her love for lounging on her comfy, fluffy bed, where she'll often roll onto her back, asking for those irresistible tummy rubs she absolutely adores.

Isabelle, with her intelligence, even knows how to use a doggy door, making life a little more convenient for both of you. While she loves her home comforts, she'd enjoy a household where she’s showered with love and given the attention and care she truly deserves. * Ages of all household members
* Occupations of household members
* Whether you own or rent your home
***Please also provide some photos of your home, including the areas where Kira will spend her time and the backyard/outdoor area.

4. Do you currently have any other animals living with you?
If so, please provide details about each animal, including their species, age, breed and personality, and how they generally interact with other animals.

5. Do you have previous experience with Isabelle‘s breed? If not, have you done thorough research into the breed, including its temperament, exercise needs, grooming, training and potential health requirements?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training, socialisation, exercise and ongoing care? Are you willing to give Isabelle the time, patience and support she needs to settle into her new home?

7. How many hours will Isabelle be left alone on a typical day? Who will be responsible for caring for her during your working hours, absences, holidays or other periods when you are unable to be with her?

8. Are you financially and practically prepared to provide Isabelle with quality veterinary care, preventative healthcare, grooming and nutritious food throughout her lifetime?

9. Will Isabelle be considered a member of your family and primarily live indoors, with appropriate access to a secure backyard/outdoor area? Please describe where Isabelle will sleep and how she will be accommodated overnight.

10. If your circumstances change in the future and you are no longer able to care for Isabelle, do you agree to contact PFPRI and seek our assistance before making any arrangements to surrender, rehome her?
