About China
China came into care quite skinny and with an old fracture to his wrist joint. By the time he was rescued, the fracture had already healed with callus formation. Since being in care, China has put on weight and is doing really well. Despite his old injury, surprisingly, he can still fly!
While in care, China paired up with Blueberry, and the two are now looking for a home together.
China and Blueberry would be best suited to a safe, secure aviary where they can settle in together and enjoy life with some pigeon friends.
He’s a lovely boy and we’d love to find him and his girlfriend a great home.
Medical notes
Previous fracture to the wrist joint with callus formation. Can still fly, although somewhat limited. May be prone to arthritis and stiffness in the future.
