🐾 Meet Smidge ❤️

Some kittens just have a little more fight in them - and Smidge is one of those special little souls.

Smidge came into our care in March as a tiny 3-week-old orphan, all on his own and struggling to thrive. Since then, he's been surrounded by loving foster carers who have given him countless cuddles, plenty of TLC and all the support he needed while he underwent a series of medical tests to work out how best to help him.

It's been a long journey for such a little kitten, but Smidge never let it stop him. 🥹

Today, at 7 months old, this once-tiny boy is finally ready to find his forever home! ❤️

And what a personality he has! Smidge is an absolute purr machine - playful, silly, affectionate and always ready for cuddles. He adores other cats and would love a playful but gentle feline friend in his new home. He can also live with dogs following appropriate introductions, and has been around young calm children. 

Smidge does have some developmental delays and will always need a little extra care to support his growth. He remains on the smaller side for his age and has some ongoing management needs related to his condition. The good news is that his care is very manageable with the right routine and diet, but he will need an adopter who is happy to give him that little bit of extra support.

After everything this little guy has been through, we'd love to see Smidge find someone who will love him exactly as he is and give him the safe, happy and spoilt life he deserves.

He started life as a tiny kitten who needed someone to fight for him. Now, all he needs is someone to choose him. 🥹❤️
