About Pop
Meet Pop! Pop is a gentle little kitten with a quiet and sensitive nature. New surroundings and unfamiliar people can be a little daunting for Pop, so he will do best with a peaceful environment, plenty of patience, and lots of time to settle in.
Rather than rushing interactions, allowing Pop to make the first move will help him feel safe and gradually learn that people can be trusted. Comfortable hiding places, cosy beds, and higher spots where he can observe his surroundings will give Pop the security he needs when things feel overwhelming.
Play and enrichment can also help Pop build confidence. Wand toys, interactive games, treat activities, and food puzzles can encourage him to investigate his surroundings while keeping things positive and fun.
With gentle handling, routine, encouragement, and plenty of time, Pop can slowly blossom into a more confident and relaxed kitten who feels safe, happy, and secure in his home.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
