🐾 Meet Alba – Still Waiting for Her Forever 🐾

Over a year ago, Alba came into our care from a home overwhelmed by far too many cats. None of the cats were desexed, and with limited time and resources to properly care for them all, the number of cats had continued to grow.

Alba was just 6 months old and already heavily pregnant. 💔 Only two days after arriving safely into care, this little kitten gave birth to five tiny babies. She was just a baby herself, yet suddenly she was a mum.

Her five kittens grew up safe and loved and eventually found their forever homes. But more than a year later, Alba is still waiting for hers. ❤️

Alba is a gentle, quirky little soul who needs someone willing to give her the one thing she needs most- time. She can be shy and skittish when first approached and doesn’t cope well in a busy environment, so a quiet, calm home would be perfect for her.

Once she settles and begins to trust, you get to see the gorgeous little personality hiding underneath. 🥰 She loves sitting right at the top of her scratching post, playing peek-a-boo with her feline friends and enjoying the company of other cats. She is particularly fond of her friend Emmy, who came from the same home as Alba. 🐱❤️🐱

When Alba trusts you, she enjoys slow, gentle neck scratches and being close to the people who make her feel safe. She isn’t the type of cat who will immediately throw herself into your arms, her love has to be earned, and that’s what makes gaining her trust so special.

We truly believe that in a peaceful forever home, with a patient person who accepts Alba exactly as she is, she will blossom into the most loyal little companion.🏡❤️
