🐾 Meet Dulcie – A Senior Girl Deserving of a Soft Place to Land 🐾

When Dulcie was found, she was starving and desperately searching for something to eat in someone’s overturned bin. 💔 She was extremely underweight and simply trying to survive. This darling senior girl desperately needed food, safety and someone to care.

Thankfully, Dulcie is now safe with us, with a full belly and a warm place to sleep. Since coming into care, she has gained weight and is absolutely thriving, which has been beautiful to see. ❤️ Now it’s time to find her the true forever home she deserves.

Estimated to be around 12 years old, Dulcie knows exactly what she likes in life — peace, quiet, comfort and affection on her terms. 🥰

Dulcie needs to be someone’s one and only fur baby. She isn’t a fan of other cats and definitely doesn’t enjoy the company of dogs. Young, energetic children aren’t her thing either — this lady has reached the stage of life where calm and relaxation are much more her style!

Once Dulcie feels safe and comfortable, she enjoys lovely neck scratches and spending time with her person. She would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a little friend to share their home and days with. ❤️

Her new person will need to understand feline overstimulation and respect her boundaries. Dulcie will let you know when she’s had enough pats, and she needs someone who can read those signals and allow her the space she asks for.

After everything Dulcie has been through, we would love nothing more than to see her spend her senior years knowing she is safe, loved, well fed and finally home for good. 🏡🐾
