Meet our guy Samuel!

Samuel is a big, handsome ginger boy with a gentle soul - and he has come such a long way since arriving at the shelter.

When Samuel first came into care, the shelter environment was quite overwhelming for him. He was nervous and unsure, and it took him some time to feel safe and comfortable. But now, Samuel has really started to come out of his shell, and we're seeing much more of the lovely boy hiding underneath those initial nerves.

He is becoming increasingly comfortable with his surroundings and is learning that people can be trusted. While he may still need a little patience as he adjusts to a new home, his progress so far has been wonderful to see.

Samuel would love a calm, quiet home where he can continue settling in at his own pace. With a little kindness, patience and plenty of reassurance, we think this gorgeous ginger boy will continue to blossom and show just how special he really is.

Sometimes all a cat needs is a little time to realise they're safe. Samuel has already shown us what a difference that time can make - now he just needs someone to give him the chance to continue his journey in a home of his own.
