Meet Spud!

Hi, I'm Spud, a 3 year 9 month old tan and white American Staffy with a big smile, a bigger heart, and plenty of love to share!

I'm the kind of guy who enjoys the simple things in life: hanging out with my people, sniffing around the yard, enjoying some easy enrichment activities, and soaking up all the good vibes. I've got a friendly nature and could happily live with secondary school aged kids who can join me on my adventures and help me practice being the best boy I can be.

I may also be able to share my home with a well matched doggy friend. I'll just need gradual, positive introductions so we can get off on the right paw and build a great friendship together.

Like many dogs, I come with a few extra care instructions. I have some minor dental disease that will need ongoing dental care, and I have a history of skin issues that may require monitoring and management throughout my life. I also have luxating patellas (tricky kneecaps!) and mild hip dysplasia. These conditions may contribute to arthritis as I get older, so my future family should be prepared for ongoing veterinary care to help keep me comfortable, happy, and living my best life.

Because of these existing medical conditions and the care they'll require, my adoption fee has been waived. What hasn't been waived is my ability to bring joy, laughter, companionship, and plenty of Staffy cuddles into the lives of the people lucky enough to take me home!
