About Hope
Meet Hope
Hope is a very special girl who is searching for an equally special family to give her the happy ending she deserves.
Hope arrived at the shelter as a stray, and unfortunately, shelter life has been incredibly difficult for her. The stress of the environment took a real toll, and she began losing weight and struggling to cope. Thankfully, a wonderful foster carer stepped in and gave Hope the chance to show us who she really is - and what a transformation it has been!
Away from the shelter, Hope has absolutely flourished.
In her foster home, Hope has been toilet trained, playful, affectionate and social. She lives alongside other dogs and has shown that she can enjoy canine company. We initially wondered whether Hope may struggle with separation anxiety, but wonderfully, she has shown no signs of this in her foster home.
Hope has also been getting out and about and has proven herself to be a social little butterfly with people. She loves meeting friends, having fun and showing off her cheeky personality. And if you're within kissing distance, watch out - Hope is always ready to sneak in one of her signature slobbery kisses!
She loves to play and will need plenty of toys and enrichment in her new home, particularly a good supply of chewy toys to keep her entertained.
Hope has come such an incredibly long way in foster care, and we would dearly love to find her forever home as soon as possible. We know how much she thrives in a home environment and don't want to see her struggle with the stress of shelter life again while she waits for her person.
Hope has already shown us just how much she can blossom when she feels safe, settled and loved. Now she just needs someone to give her that feeling for good.
Could you be Hope's happy ending?
