Tommy is a young boy who is still adjusting to the world around him and is looking for a patient, understanding home where he can feel safe. At this stage, Tommy is very unsure of people and is not yet comfortable with pats or human contact. While he prefers to keep his distance, he is quietly observing his surroundings and learning about the people caring for him but has shown no aggression.

Although Tommy has a long journey ahead of him in building confidence and trust, he has already shown that he can maintain good habits and routines while settling into care. He will need a family willing to let him progress at his own pace, without expectations, and celebrate the small victories along the way.
