At approximately seven months old, Boyd is in the prime of his playful puppy stage and is ready to make lasting memories with a dedicated and loving family. With his adorable looks and affectionate personality, Boyd is impossible to resist.
This charming young boy adores being surrounded by family and would flourish in an environment where he’s included in all family activities. Currently enjoying the company of other dogs, Boyd happily engages in playful antics, but he's also quite content lounging around with his canine pals for a snooze. As he is still in his formative months, Boyd would greatly benefit from a family who is committed to providing him with ongoing training, love, and guidance, coupled with plenty of exercise and mental enrichment.
Boyd's ideal home is one where his family cherishes spending time with him, providing him with plenty of exercise and all the love he deserves. A supportive environment with family members who have the patience and understanding to continue his training and respect his needs would be perfect. If there are children in the household, they would need to know how to interact respectfully with dogs, ensuring a harmonious living situation for everyone.

Adoption details
We want every adoption to be the **right match for both the dog and their new family**. Our adoption process helps us understand your home, lifestyle and expectations, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about the dog you are interested in.
**Our adoption process includes:**
1. **Application Form**
Complete an adoption application so we can learn more about you, your household, lifestyle and the type of home you can offer.
2. **Phone Interview**
Suitable applicants will be contacted for a phone conversation to discuss the dog, their individual needs and your application in more detail.
3. **Meet & Greet**
A meet and greet is conducted **in person**. All household members and resident pets are required to attend so we can assess compatibility and ensure everyone is comfortable.
4. **Adoption Approval & Contract**
If the meet and greet is successful and both parties are happy to proceed, the adoption will be approved and a **Diamond in the Ruff Rescue Adoption Agreement** must be completed and signed.
Our priority is not simply finding our dogs a home — it is finding them the **right forever home**.
