MEET POPPY - READY TO RETIRE IN STYLE!
Eight years young, independent and ready for the good life!
Meet beautiful Poopy, a sweet 8 year old Greyhound entering her golden years and ready to enjoy the wonderful world of retirement!
Poppy appreciates life's simple pleasures including a comfortable bed, leisurely daily walks, familiar surroundings and a predictable routine.
Poppy enjoys the company of older children and other calm easy going dogs. She has a lovely softness about her, showing a nurturing side of her that makes Poppy all the more endearing.
She would thrive in a peaceful home with secure, fully fenced yard, single storey layout and children aged 8 years or older. Poppy could also be welcomed as a second dog alongside a calm, compatible canine friend. Poppy would prefer no Cats or Pocket Pets.
Greyhound adoption is specialised, and Poppy is available by application only to help us find her perfect match.

Adoption details
Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.
Animal Welfare League Gold Coast's opening hours are:
Tuesday to Friday – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday – Closed
