Meet Patch: Small Pup, Big Opinions!

Patch is a confident little character with plenty of personality, curiosity and puppy mischief packed into one very cute package.

He shares his foster home with an older dog who enjoys leading him astray and then looking completely innocent when the fun is discovered! Patch would enjoy having another friendly dog in his new home for companionship, playtime and guidance.

He also lives with a cat and is quite content to sit quietly watching the chickens. When meeting new dogs and people, Patch generally approaches life with confidence and enthusiasm.

Like all puppies, Patch is still learning. His toilet training is a work in progress, although the weather is partly to blame. This determined little man strongly objects to stepping onto cold or wet ground, and loud rain is definitely not on his list of favourite things!

Patch is looking for an active family who can provide:

* Regular exercise and plenty of playtime
* Brain games and enrichment to keep his clever mind busy
* Consistent, positive puppy training
* A friendly canine companion for company and play
* Older children who can cope with energetic puppy behaviour and those sharp little puppy teeth

Patch is living in foster care with a loving family, which means we are getting to know his personality, habits and needs in a home environment.

SAFE does not have a shelter to visit, but that does not make adopting Patch difficult. Simply submit an adoption application and, if he may be a good match for your household, we can arrange a meet and greet with Patch and his foster family.
