About Wrigley
Meet Wrigley!
He is a roly poly, a lovely boy, and he loves a good chin and cheek scratch once I get to know you . He would make a lovely addition to a home looking for a friendly feline friend to snuggle on the couch with or keep your feet warm at night.
He is looking for a loving home to spend his days lounging on the couch and finding all those wonderful sunny spots by the window! He loves to curl up in fluffy, warm cat beds and nap the day away. He can be a little unsure of a new space initially but if you give him time to settle in a safe room first with all the comforts a cat like him needs , you will find he comes out of his shell and will be ready for some play time.
Even though he is an adult cat, he still has lots of energy to burn off and will like lots of things to do during the day when you are not home. Getting some toys to enrich his mind, cat trees to climb and tunnels to run through will make his day!
Wrigley absolutely LOVES food! He is interested in learning new tricks or activities, like puzzles or toys so long as there are tasty treats involved, in moderation, of course!
He will need to be kept indoors to protect his light features from the sun. He may be interested in a shaded and secure cat enclosure once he has settled in more to his forever home.
He can be a bit particular when it comes to animal friends. He will be perfectly fine being the only pet in the home getting all the attention and love for
He would prefer a home with teenagers/adults as I find loud, young children overwhelming.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
