Once upon a time, beyond the meadow and past the whispering trees, there was a strange little kingdom called Suburbia.
And one bright morning, wandering along its enchanted roads, appeared a most peculiar little traveler...
No one knows how Pearl came to wander the kingdom alone. Perhaps she followed a butterfly too far. Perhaps she was searching for a flock that had vanished into the distance.
Thankfully, Pearl’s story took a turn for the better. She was rescued from the streets and brought safely to the pound, where she could rest her weary wings and begin searching for a forever home.
But this princess isn't searching for a castle.
She's searching for a flock. 🏡🐔🐔🐔
Pearl dreams of a place where she can scratch in the sunshine, forage through the grass, gossip with her chicken sisters, and settle down safely at night surrounded by feathered friends.
All she needs is a kind chicken family willing to open their coop — and their hearts — to one more little hen.

Adoption details
Call Queanbeyan Council on 1300 735 025 to be transferred through to an Animal care Officer that works at the facility. The animal care officer will take your details, send you an application form and if suitable make contact to book in a meet and greet at the facility with the desired pet.
Adoption fee cost:
When you purchase the animal they will either be desexed or the cost of desexing will be included in the fee. You will receive a voucher to take to a local vet to have the animal operated on. All animals adopted from our animal management facility receive free lifetime registration in NSW.

Non Desexed - Cost is $450 and includes:
Desexing at one of the local vet clinics
