Gentle goofball ready for family
Meet Jesse. Emphasis is on the 'eeee' because this 4 year old boy is a cat-friendly cutie patootie.
Blue, velvet-soft, a social butterfly with all beings. A loveable goof, Jesse is in foster care with two indoor, dog-friendly cats and kiddos.
He's also lived with a small dog, and socialises well with dogs of all sizes. Jesse adores his greyhound mates, and would be happy to share his new home with another houndie.
If you went to the Festival of the Hounds, Jesse attended and socialised like an old hat with members of the public and other dogs. When people stopped to chat, Jesse dished out serotonin, in exchange for scritches. He had a very good day 🥹
Our social butterfly gets tippy tappy toes when you reach for the leash, he's great on lead, travels well in the car and loves his daily spins around the block. Let him stop to check his weemails, and he'll be the happiest lad alive.

Adoption details
Our greyhounds live in foster homes until they find their adoption home. This introduces them to pet life, toilet-training and they learn how to behave inside the home as well as all the new experiences they get on their daily walks. Many spend time in a home with another dog, children and a few sometimes with a cat.
As a safety net for greyhounds who may not otherwise have a chance at finding a forever home, we do our very best to find the right home to match our greyhounds' needs.
