About Marie
Marie is a short haired calm and friendly kitty who’s well at ease with people and has spent time with kids 7+.she is quite the adventurous little girl always looking for things to explore whether it be a shopping bag, cupboard or box.
She also tolerates other pets (dogs) as long as they’re not too boisterous and is quite an independent lady who’s happy to do her own thing and loves a cuddle and a pat.
Snuggling up or resting in a warm place is her favourite thing to do - the sunny spots are purrfect for sleeping in or rolling around in.
Marie is looking for an inside only lifestyle with the possibility of an out-door cat enclosure.
Marie may need time to settle in a new home.

*All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, or safe from dogs and traffic. *

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis. We assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animals needs.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home, please send us a detailed email with some information about the people and any other animals in your home, as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteers who run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home must attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a fully refundable 2 week trial period. If you ever find yourself unable to care for, or keep your pet, please contact us and they will come back into our care, or we will do our best to assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition that you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
