About Luna
Hi, I’m Luna!
When I first arrived in foster care, I thought the safest place was hidden away. These days, I’ve discovered there are much better places to be.
I’ve mapped out the best sunny spots, claimed the softest blankets in the house, and established that the big human bed is excellent. I’ve even worked out how to open sliding doors in my exploring, which my foster mum found out the hard way!
Now that I’m feeling more confident, I like being part of whatever’s going on. I’m chatty, affectionate, and very happy to climb onto your lap for some attention. I’ve also developed a habit of following my foster mum into the bathroom and jumping onto the toilet while she’s using it, so apparently privacy is another household concept I’m still learning.
I'm great with kids of all ages, and I’ve come a long way with the dog in my foster home too. I’m still a little wary of him, but these days I’m confident enough to hop onto the couch and settle in with my people even when he’s there. I may also enjoy having a friendly cat around for company.
I’ve gone from being scared of everyday household life to treating the place like it belongs to me. Now I just need a forever home where I can keep doing exactly that!
