About Cider and Caesar
*In foster care in Surry Hills, Sydney*
Cider and Caesar like to start and end every day with some quality time with their special humans - ideally curled up on a lap or in bed with you, purring their heads off - then spend the hours in between playing, exploring and wrestling to their hearts' content!
They also love it when you join in on the shenanigans, dangling a wand for them to attack or throwing a toy for them to chase :)
Hugely affectionate, these beautiful bonded boys adore pats and closeness, and Cider will even give you head bumps to let you know how much he loves you. Caesar's party tricks are chasing his own tail and setting new climbing records on the bookcase!
Both cats are very gentle, soft-natured and friendly, even to strangers, making them well-suited to busy, active households or even a family home with children aged 6+.
Like all Maggie’s pets, Mochi is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

OUR IDEAL HOME: Our foster mum has set a high bar for the kind of love we hope to find - she calls us her 'perfect sweet boys' - so hopefully you'll adore us just as much! We'd love a cat tree, scratch posts and toys to keep us entertained during the day, but we'd really enjoy it if someone was around most evenings to cuddle with, and maybe dangle a wand for us too.
OUR ENERGY LEVEL: Medium to high - we've definitely been known to play for hours on end before collapsing in a contented pile for a snooze.
OUR SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: When we get the zoomies we tend to nibble and nip in our excitement, so kids younger than school age won't be suitable for us unfortunately. Older children who know to keep their hands away from our faces, and who'll throw toys for us or dangle a wand would be lots of fun!
OUR SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: We'd probably enjoy the company of another nice cat! Dogs are a mystery to us at this stage.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
