About Duchess
Meet Duchess! Duchess has a gentle nature and can be a little shy while she gets to know you. Like most prey animals, she doesn't enjoy being picked up, so she's happiest when allowed to keep all four paws on the ground. She'll thrive in a spacious indoor area where she can hop, explore and stretch her legs. Duchess loves discovering fun toys and, of course, enjoying tasty treats! With patience, kindness and plenty of space to be herself, Duchess will make a wonderful companion for the right home.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
