Hi there, I’m Sissy, a 2-year-old with a soft purr and soft fur. When sun spills across the floor, I stretch into a little coil of contentment and drift into your lap with a sigh that says, finally, this is home. I am a steady paced cat looking for a gentle and patient owner, I’ll reward you with quiet companionship and a trust that grows one peaceful moment at a time. As for my personality, I take my time to feel safe in a new place, but once I trust you, I become a warm, affectionate companion. I love quiet company and soft attention; a familiar routine helps me settle, and I’ll offer you a contented purr when you sit nearby. I may need a little space at first in unfamiliar surroundings, but with time and encouragement I’ll find my rhythm and begin to flourish. I’d thrive in a quiet, calm home where I can gradually settle in. A patient owner who understands that I may need extra time to feel comfortable in a new environment would be perfect. I love the company of other cats, but of course will need a slow introduction. Some of my favourite things to do are playing with string toys, balls, and mouse/bird toys. I'm ready to view the world from a sunny windowsill, curling up with you while watching tv, sharing gentle affection.
