Rain is a sweet, affectionate 11-year-old girl looking for a loving forever home where she can feel safe, comfortable and completely at home.

She can be a little timid when she first arrives somewhere new, so she appreciates having a couple of days to settle in and get to know the people around her. Give her a little patience at the beginning though, and her affectionate personality quickly starts to shine through.

Once Rain feels comfortable, she absolutely loves attention. She’ll happily curl up with you on the sofa or jump onto the bed for cuddles, and she loves being stroked and fussed over. While being picked up might not be her favourite thing in the world, she’s generally very easygoing about it.

Don’t let her age fool you! Rain certainly doesn’t act like a senior cat. She happily runs around the apartment, jumps onto sofas or beds, has plenty of personality and energy when she’s comfortable in her surroundings.

She’s also a clever girl who knows exactly what she wants particularly when food is involved! Rain has a very healthy appreciation for a tasty meal or treat.

Rain would be a wonderful companion for someone willing to give her a little time to settle in at first. Once she knows she’s safe, you’ll find a loving, cuddly and affectionate girl who simply wants to be close to her people.
