Meet Priscilla & Gus 💛
Priscilla and Gus are a gorgeous pair of 2-year-old Dachshunds who have been fostered together since coming into care — and they get along beautifully.
These two are incredibly sweet, quiet and easy dogs who have settled wonderfully into home life. They are both toilet trained, sleep beautifully through the night, and are perfectly happy being left at home during the day. They are comfortable relaxing in their crates or simply spending time in the home while their humans are out.
When you are home, however, they absolutely love being part of the family. Priscilla and Gus adore cuddles, enjoy pottering and playing together in the backyard, and are always happy to head out for a walk.
Both can be a little shy when first meeting new people, so they would be best suited to a calm home with adults or children aged 12+. Once they feel safe and form a bond with you, they become incredibly affectionate and simply want to be close to their people.
Gus is the handsome short-haired member of the duo, while Priscilla has a beautiful long-haired coat. Gus has chewed a blanket in the past, so his new family will just need to be mindful of leaving tempting soft items around when he is unsupervised.
Overall, Priscilla and Gus are genuinely lovely little dogs — gentle, affectionate, quiet and wonderfully easy to have around.
They have both had their veterinary check-ups and are microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and flea and tick treated.
If you are looking for two beautiful companions who will happily join you for a walk, play in the garden and then curl up beside you for cuddles, Priscilla and Gus could be the perfect addition to your home.
Alternatively they would both individually be a great fit to your family if you have other dogs as they are happiest with a playmate. 💛

3. Home Visit:
For certain animals, we may conduct a home visit to ensure that your living environment is safe and suitable for the pet you're interested in adopting. This step helps us ensure the well-being of both the animal and your family.
4. Adoption Agreement:
If the meet and greet goes well and your home is deemed suitable, we'll ask you to sign an adoption agreement. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties and serves as a commitment to providing a loving and forever home to the adopted pet.
5. Adoption Fee:
An adoption fee is required to help cover the costs associated with the animal's rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation. The fee varies depending on the age, breed, and medical history of the animal but typically includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
6. Take Your New Family Member Home:
Congratulations! Once the adoption process is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you can take your new furry family member home. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information, including medical records, feeding guidelines, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Follow-Up Support:
